This agreement is entered into between you ("User") and Chengdu Danxingwuwei Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us") regarding the Life Habit mobile application and related services.

Life Habit is a habit management application that provides habit-forming assistance tools based on behavioral science theory. The Company reserves the right to adjust service content according to business development needs.

Special Notice: This application serves only as a habit management tool and does not provide medical or psychological consulting services, nor does it assume corresponding professional responsibilities.

2. Service Content and Scope

2.1 Basic Services

We provide the following basic services to users, with specific features subject to the actual version:

  • Habit creation, editing, and recording functions
  • Data statistics and visualization
  • Basic reminder and notification services
  • Limited community interaction features

2.2 Premium Services

  • VIP membership services and related advanced features
  • Cloud data synchronization and backup
  • Personalized customization services
  • Other paid premium features

2.3 Service Changes

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify, upgrade, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services without prior notice to users and without assuming any liability. Continued use of services by users shall be deemed acceptance of the modified service content.

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Registration Requirements

  • Users must have full civil capacity
  • Minors must use the service with guardian consent
  • Users guarantee that registration information is true, accurate, and complete
  • Only one account may be registered per phone number

3.2 Account Security

  • Users are fully responsible for account and password security
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for account theft due to user causes
  • Users should immediately notify the Company of any account anomalies
  • The Company reserves the right to freeze or terminate accounts upon discovering anomalies

3.3 Account Cancellation

Users may apply for account cancellation but must meet the Company's cancellation conditions. After account cancellation, related data cannot be recovered, and the Company assumes no responsibility for data loss.

4. User Conduct Standards

4.1 Prohibited Activities

When using our services, users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Publishing illegal, false, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
  • Infringing upon others' intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights
  • Malicious account registration, batch operations, or using cheat software
  • Spreading viruses, malicious code, or conducting cyber attacks
  • Reverse engineering, cracking, or modifying the application
  • Unauthorized commercial promotion, advertising, or marketing activities
  • Other activities violating laws, regulations, or this agreement

4.2 Violation Handling

For users violating the above standards, the Company may take the following measures without assuming any liability:

  • Delete violating content and restrict function usage
  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
  • Refuse to provide services
  • Pursue legal liability

5. Paid Services and Policies

5.1 Paid Services

  • The Company provides both free and paid services
  • Specific content and pricing of paid services are subject to in-app displays
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust content and pricing of paid services at any time
  • Paid services are non-transferable and non-refundable

5.2 Payment Policy

  • Users pay through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Services begin immediately upon successful payment
  • For issues caused by third-party payment platforms, users should appeal to the respective platforms

5.3 Refund Policy

Except as explicitly required by law, paid services are non-refundable once purchased. For refund requests, please follow the refund policies of third-party payment platforms, as the Company does not directly handle refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents) of the Life Habit application belong to the Company. No one may use them without written authorization.

  • Users only obtain usage rights to the application and may not copy, modify, or distribute the application
  • Content published by users grants the Company free, perpetual, and irrevocable usage rights
  • The Company respects others' intellectual property rights; please notify us promptly of any infringement

7. Privacy and Data

User privacy protection is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, users agree to our processing of user information according to the Privacy Policy.

  • Collection, use, and storage of user data comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • The Company adopts reasonable security measures to protect user data
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for data loss due to force majeure, hacker attacks, etc.
  • After service termination, the Company reserves the right to delete user data

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Service Disclaimer

  • The Company provides services "as is" without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free service
  • No guarantee that services will meet users' specific requirements
  • No guarantee that results obtained through our services are accurate or reliable
  • No liability for losses caused by users' use or inability to use services

8.2 Third-Party Disclaimer

  • Not responsible for content of third-party websites, applications, or services
  • Not responsible for service quality of third-party payment platforms
  • Not responsible for issues caused by user devices or network environments

8.3 Health Disclaimer

Important Notice: Life Habit serves only as a habit management tool and does not provide medical advice. Any health-related decisions should consult professional doctors. The Company assumes no responsibility for health issues arising from use of this application.

9. Liability Limitation

Under any circumstances, the Company's total liability for compensation to users shall not exceed the total fees paid by users to the Company.

  • The Company assumes no liability for indirect losses, profit losses, data losses, or other special damages
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for losses caused by force majeure, government actions, third-party causes, etc.
  • Losses caused by users' violation of this agreement shall be borne by users themselves

10. Agreement Changes and Notifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. After agreement changes, users will be notified through in-app notifications, website announcements, etc.

  • Continued use of services by users constitutes agreement to the modified agreement
  • If users disagree with the modified agreement, they should stop using the service
  • Company notifications are based on in-app displays and website publications

11. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation.

  • If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the Company is located
  • The Company reserves the right to interpret this agreement
  • If any clause of this agreement is invalid, it does not affect the validity of other clauses

12. Other Terms

12.1 Agreement Effectiveness

This agreement takes effect from the date of user acceptance and continues until the contractual relationship between both parties is terminated.
